Postcards is coming on April 28
Bend Dance Project is sponsoring a show titled Postcards on April 28 tentatively at Mountain View High School (date and place are not firm yet). Jazz Dance Collective, Ubiquitous Dance Company, and Velocity Dance Theatre are busy learning newly choreographed pieces that fit the Postcards theme. The Pamela McGuire Trio has agreed to participate in the event. This great jazz trio can’t be missed. BDP is looking forward to hosting a great event. Hope to see you there. Master Class with Tony Pimble of the Eugene Ballet Company
November 12 Bend Dance Project hosted a master class. Tony Pimble, Artistic Director of the Eugene Ballet Company, instructed the two-hour class. Sixteen dancers from around Central Oregon participated. Exposing Central Oregon dancers to master instructors is one of Bend Dance Project’s goals. All the dancers learned fom Tony’s vast experience and left the class with a new enthusiasm for ballet. Thanks Tony for making the class such a success.
