About Us
Bend Dance Project (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization) was founded in 2006 and is based in Bend, Oregon. BDP’s mission is to promote all styles of dance in Bend, to provide opportunities for local dancers to perform, to provide opportunities for choreographers to create new dances using local dancers, and to use dance performance to benefit local artistic, charitable, and educational causes.
Bend Dance Project sponsors the following dance companies: Jazz Dance Collective, Ubiquitous Dance Company, and Velocity Dance Theatre.
